Who is responsible? The data controller is the legal entity operating as Air Perfume, whose full registered name and address are set out in the Legal Notice above. For privacy enquiries, contact partnerships@airperfume.gr.
What this website collects. This static website has no visitor account, online checkout, newsletter sign-up, embedded social-media content, contact form, analytics tag or advertising pixel in this version. If you choose to email us, your email provider will send us the information you include, which may include your name, business contact details, organisation, role, message and any attachments. The website itself does not receive or store the message before you send it.
Technical security information. The hosting provider may automatically process technical access and security logs, which can include an IP address, date and time of a request, requested page, referring page, browser/device information and status codes. These logs are used by the hosting provider and/or website operator to deliver, maintain and protect the website, investigate abuse and diagnose technical problems. The precise log fields and retention period depend on the hosting provider and must be checked against the provider actually selected.
Purposes and legal bases. Business correspondence is processed to respond to enquiries and manage potential or existing business relationships. For professional enquiries, the legal basis will generally be our legitimate interests in responding to business communications and developing professional relationships (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Where an individual asks us to take steps at their request before entering into a contract with them, Article 6(1)(b) may apply. Information that must be retained to comply with a legal obligation is processed under Article 6(1)(c). Technical security logs are processed for the legitimate interest of operating and protecting the website and its infrastructure.
Voluntary provision. Sending an email is voluntary. If you do not provide enough information or a way for us to respond, we may be unable to deal with your enquiry. Please do not send sensitive personal data unless it is strictly necessary.
Security. We intend to apply appropriate technical and organisational measures proportionate to the nature of the information and risks. Email is not an end-to-end secure document portal; please avoid sending sensitive information unnecessarily.
Who may receive the information? Access is limited to people who need it for the purposes described above. This may include our contracted website-hosting provider, email provider and professional advisers, and public authorities where disclosure is legally required. We do not sell personal data. We do not routinely pass website enquiries to perfume Houses. If you ask us to make an introduction or share your details with a particular partner, we will explain what is to be shared before doing so.
International transfers. Some hosting or email providers may use infrastructure or support teams located outside the European Economic Area. Before launch, the operator must confirm the providers actually used and whether any such transfers occur. Where GDPR Chapter V applies, transfers must rely on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any required supplementary measures.
How long is information kept? Routine business enquiries are intended to be retained for no longer than 12 months after the last substantive communication where no continuing relationship or legal need exists. Correspondence relating to an active or completed business relationship may be retained for the duration of that relationship and thereafter for the period needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or meet applicable legal obligations. Technical log retention is determined by the hosting provider's actual configuration and policy; this must be confirmed with the provider before publication.
Your rights. Subject to the conditions and limitations in applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise a right, email partnerships@airperfume.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
Automated decisions. Air Perfume does not use this website to make decisions about visitors solely by automated means or to profile visitors.
Changes. This notice may be updated if the website's features, service providers or data practices change. The date above will be amended when a material update is made.
